About the Role:

The objective is to deliver clipping or Press Review packages to clients across the globe on a daily basis.  Our focus is to produce a broad range of high quality press review products for a varied customer base using bespoke software to analyse and summarise a selection of print and electronic publications, online content and social media.  

You will work on the new production tools - the Global Content Hub (GCH) - and other internal tools to track content ingestion, production processing and providing a layer of quality control via the set up tool or in a QC environment.

Note- It is a junior role. Entry level candidates can apply.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement changes and create new services in GCH / client management tool 
• Use client data from Client Services team via CRM
• Update client brief with instructions on keywords, formatting, media preference
• Interpretation of client requirements and accurate creation of boolean searches
• Provide feedback to client services team on any issues discovered or guidance
• Error handling and investigation following service issues and client driven complaints
• Optimisation of account set-up and continuous review of services

Who you are:

• Excellent English language, particularly spelling, and a good understanding of grammar
• Knowledge of Boolean search syntax is desirable
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines 
• Passion for finding language to express concepts
• Being meticulous and methodical
