Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Editor with a strong foundation in Media, Film, and Entertainment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent content comprehension skills, the ability to generate accurate and concise summaries, and a keen eye for editorial precision. This role collaborates closely with content and editorial teams to maintain quality, relevance, and industry-accurate insights. Candidates with formal education or experience in media-related fields are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Review, analyze, and interpret articles to extract key information efficiently

· Write clear, precise, well-structured summaries without losing context or meaning

· Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, grammar, clarity, and readability

·  Apply media and entertainment knowledge to enhance content insights and relevance

·  Collaborate with internal editorial, content, and research teams to maintain consistency

·  Ensure timely delivery while meeting strict deadlines and quality benchmarks

·   Verify information to ensure alignment with media industry standards and context

Required Qualifications & Skills

·   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Mass Communication.etc..

·   Prior experience in a media, editorial, entertainment-based organization, or content-driven role

·   Strong article comprehension and analytical ability

·   Exceptional writing and summarization skills with attention to tone and structure

·   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines

·   High attention to detail and strong editing accuracy

·   Good understanding of media & entertainment industry, trends, and terminology

Preferred Experience

·   Experience in editorial review, content editing, journalism, or summary writing

·   Exposure to digital media workflows, CMS tools, or content publishing platforms
