About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
As an Account Executive responsible for Latam Region,  you will take the lead on driving new business, prospecting, creating, managing relationships with potential clients, and achieving revenue goals with products such as Onclusive Social or Critical Mention. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential opportunities, prospect, qualify leads, and close deals. Your role is critical in expanding the Onclusive customer base.

Leveraging your deep business insight and market knowledge, you will play a key role in guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels including outbound calls, emails, and networking.

  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and effectively communicate how Onclusive’s solutions can meet their business objectives.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

 

Who you are:

  • 4 years + background in SaaS sales

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in a SaaS or B2B environment in Latam.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Experience in selling software solutions or services (preferably in digital marketing, social media analytics, or competitive intelligence) is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
