About the Role:

General accounting management: Taking charge of all day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly and annual closing entries, accruals, prepayments, deferred income, bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.

Tax management: Ensuring tax compliance in the various jurisdictions, preparing tax returns and optimizing tax processes.

Audit and compliance: Preparing and coordinating external and internal audits, ensuring controls are in place to guarantee compliance of financial reporting.

Intercompany transaction management: Supervising intercompany transactions, ensuring their accuracy, managing reconciliations and related issues.

Resolution of intercompany issues: analyzing and resolving discrepancies between Group entities within an international context.

Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing detailed financial reports for management, with a focus on transparency and accuracy.

Process optimisation: Participating in the continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes through automation and IT tools.
Who you are:

A Master degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
-
Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within an international company.

Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, US/UK GAAP or any other relevant standards)

Excellent skills in tax management, auditing and intercompany transactions management.

Proficiency in ERP software.

Complete professional fluency in English and French as well as strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
